A Professional Development Workshop For School Office Managers and Executive Assistants


By the end of this workshop, participants will know how to reflect systematically and incorporate systems thinking. They will gain a framework for translating personal strengths into professional excellence and will further develop a mindset to effectively use generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Gemini, to assist them.

The learning journey will follow three key phases:

Reflect

You’ll take a step back to examine your current workflows, habits, and strengths—identifying where your time and energy are going, and where they could be better aligned.

Reframe

You’ll broaden your perspective, shifting from task execution to strategic contribution—understanding how your role supports your team, culture, and system-wide efficiency.

Redesign

You’ll apply proven frameworks and tools to build a personalized system that enhances clarity, reduces friction, and amplifies your impact—without adding to your workload.

FAQ

Will I get a certificate of participation?
Yes.
What if I cannot attend the in-person session?
The notes for the session will be shared with you. The certificate of participation will reflect the number of online hours you have completed.
If I cannot attend the workshop, will you offer me a refund?
If you are unable to attend the workshop, you can transfer your registration to another colleague.  The fee will not be refunded.  
What if the workshop is cancelled by the organiser (KSIPD)?
If the workshop is canceled due to lack of participants or any other unforeseen reason, the workshop fee will be refunded.
