Education assistants are uniquely positioned to make the most profound difference in students' lives — working closely with individuals and small groups where real learning breakthroughs happen.
This workshop is designed to sharpen skills and empower education assistants with the confidence to step fully into this coaching role.
When education assistants are equipped and confident, the ripple effect transforms both student outcomes and the entire school community.
What you'll walk away with
The learning journey will follow three key phases:
You’ll take a step back to examine your current workflows, habits, and strengths—identifying where your time and energy are going, and where they could be better aligned.
Reframe
You’ll broaden your perspective, shifting from task execution to strategic contribution—understanding how your role supports your team, culture, and system-wide efficiency.
You’ll apply proven frameworks and tools to build a personalized system that enhances clarity, reduces friction, and amplifies your impact—without adding to your workload.
