▪️ Students are increasingly asked to think independently, manage their learning, reflect on progress, and make purposeful choices.
▪️Educators who can create reflective conversations help students develop these capacities in real and human ways.
▪️ This workshop offers an opportunity to experience that process from within — before bringing its principles into your own classroom, mentoring, or student-support practice.
In this live online workshop, Sonthaya Chutisacha, Reflective Coach and Education Consultant, will guide participants through a structured Core Reflection process based on the work of Professor Fred Korthagen.
Developed within teacher education and professional development, Core Reflection is designed to support educators in connecting the personal and professional dimensions of their work.
Sonthaya is an educator, workshop facilitator, and reflection coach who supports school professionals to work with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Her work combines systems thinking, reflective practice, and practical workflow design.
