Build Your AI Work Assistant

A Practical AI Implementation Workshop for School Office and Administration

Online

August 10 - 14, 2026

4pm - 5.30pm Thailand Time (ICT)

Overview

This is not a workshop about learning every AI tool. It is a guided space for school professionals to create a practical working relationship with AI — one that helps them see their work more clearly, organise what is on their plate, and reduce friction in everyday tasks.

Participants will explore AI as:

✔️ An observer — helping them notice priorities, workload, deadlines, and their current working condition
✔️ An organiser — helping them sort tasks, plan next steps, and create clearer systems
✔️ A working assistant — helping with emails, meeting notes, checklists, event planning, follow-up communication, and other recurring tasks.

The focus is not on replacing professional judgment. It is on creating an AI assistant that supports clearer thinking, better organisation, and more intentional action.

Workshop Objectives

Participants will:
▪️ Reflect on where time, mental energy, and friction are sitting in their work
▪️ Identify one area where AI could genuinely support them
▪️ Create a first version of their own AI work assistant
▪️ Give it useful context about their role, responsibilities, preferred tone, and boundaries
▪️ Test practical prompts and workflows using non-confidential work examples
▪️ Learn how to refine AI responses and use AI responsibly in a school setting
▪️ Learn from colleagues as they test different approaches in their own roles

Participants will leave with:

✔️ A personalised AI work-assistant brief
✔️ One or more practical workflows for their current role
✔️ A small prompt library they can keep refining
✔️ A clearer understanding of where AI can genuinely support their work — and where professional judgment must lead
✔️ The confidence and practical skill to identify, test, and refine new AI uses as their responsibilities and work tasks change.
